Exmoor Farmers Livestock Auctions are a multi-disciplined farmer-owned business providing a full range of land agency services for clients throughout Exmoor and the adjoining districts.
It is probable with the workload listed below that there will be two roles, firstly an apprentice/junior auctioneer and secondly a land agent/valuer but we are willing to consider any combination of options.
Work will include:
- Valuations for probate, IHT planning, sales etc.
- Property letting and management including FBT and grazing licences.
- Diversification, subsidies, grants and environmental schemes
- Property sales.
- Compulsory purchase.
- Auctioneering at our two livestock markets and other sales.
Excellent communication skills required, ability to work as an individual and part of the team, being ambitious, self-motivated and conscientious with high standards.
Clean, full driving licence. Competitive salary.
