It has been brought to the LAA’s attention that Bob Jones Prytherch & Co Marts Limited ('BJP'), the operators of Carmarthen, Llandeilo and Haverfordwest livestock markets, continues to advertise on its website that livestock sold through its markets is sold under the LAA’s National Conditions of Sale.
The LAA wishes to inform all interested parties that BJP is not a member of the LAA and therefore contracts for stock sold through its markets are not covered by the LAA’s National Conditions of Sale, including the warranties set out therein.
The LAA’s National Conditions of Sale are subject to copyright and can only be used with the LAA’s permission by those companies, businesses and individuals that are members of the LAA.
